Children greatly benefit from knowing how to interact with others in a positive and clear manner. An important part of childhood involves developing social skills by learning to get along with others. One way to help children through this process is by designating a space within their environment specifically for conflict resolution.
A Peace Corner is a space within a classroom or recreational site dedicated to conflict resolution issues. Our 8-hour training teaches kids how to use the peace corner to help themselves as well as their peers deal with conflict in a peaceful manner.
A great way to use the peace corner is by teaching older kids to help younger kids resolve conflicts in a positive manner.
